About Me

A Red River County, Texas native, I enjoy time with my large, wonderful family. I am a lifetime vocalist and performer, a published poet, have worked as a lactation counselor and educator, and now, as a Health and Wellness Coach. I volunteer through several community boards and organizations.

 

In addition to regular Health Coaching services, I provide referrals where necessary for testing or other services, and also offer Pantry Make-overs and Shopping Savvy-an assisted trip to the grocery store to help clients shop for new or unfamiliar items.
